Whether it is physically or mentally, everyone wants to be healthy. After all, being healthy is related to many positives. Healthy people usually report feeling happy, having high levels of energy, having good relationships and leading long, satisfying lives.
Establishing the desire to be healthy is one thing, but finding ways to accomplish health is something different.
If you find yourself in a state of poor health or illness, taking steps to move towards health can be overwhelming, confusing and intimidating. Sometimes you don’t even know where to start.
To combat this problem, consider doing what healthy people do. If you follow in their footsteps, you might just move in their direction. Find inspiration in this list of things healthy people do every day.

1.Start your day with lemon water
Drink the juice of one lemon in one cup of warm water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Make sure to wait 30 minutes before eating breakfast, as this will ensure your body gets the most energy and nutrients from the food you eat

2.Green Tea
Skip your coffee and have herbal or green tea instead. Green tea is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body. This includes improved brain function, fat-loss, a lower risk of cancer and many other incredible benefits.

3.Avoid high sugar
High fat combination foods, such as traditional cookies, ice-cream, milk, chocolate, cheesecake causes blood sugar imbalances which leads to diabetes and damages overall health.

4.Oil pulling
Do oil pulling to improve your oral health and make your teeth whiter. Simply take one tablespoon of virgin coconut oil and swish it in your mouth for 10-15 minutes.

5.Intermittent fasting
Practice intermittent fasting for at least 14 hours, meaning that if you plan to eat breakfast at 8am, you should finish your dinner at 6pm at the latest. Studies show it helps balance blood sugar levels, prevent degenerative disease and burn fat.

6.Eat more fruits and veggies.
People who eat a lot of fruits and veggies also happen to have lower rates of cardiovascular disease, according to a Harvard study.
That’s especially true if you’re eating green leafy vegetables, cruciferous-veggies; and citrus fruits.

7.Drink more water
Water is kind of a magical substance. Water helps prevent kidney stones by keeping your kidneys from working overtime. It nourishes your skin. It helps keep your Bowel movement regular and it’s essential for people who work out, because your muscles need it to stay energized.

8.Get regular exercise 
Exercise is one you can use to add years to your life, and is key to a healthy lifestyle. A 2011 Danish Study shows that those that exercise more vigorously end-up living an average of 4-5 years longer than more casual exercisers. Vigorous exercise can promote greater cardiovascular fitness.

9.Get Enough Sleep
Sleep is a vital indicator of overall health and well-being. We spend up to one-third of our lives asleep. So Sleep for at least 7-8 hours a night.
