I’ve teamed up with Premier Protein to share these COOKIE DOUGH BALLS with you! Oh my gosh… they’re so good it’s crazy! It will be hard to keep them in your fridge for long 🙂
☀ COOKIE DOUGH BALLS RECIPE ☀
1 scoop Premier Protein Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 cup cashew butter (or other nut butter)
1/2 cup almond flour
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp milk of choice
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp chocolate chips
In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Mix until it’s a well combined dough that isn’t too sticky– it should hold together very well.
Mix in the chocolate chips.
Use a cookie scoop or spoon (mine is 2tsp size) to scoop out the cookie dough and use your hands to roll into a ball. Transfer to a tray lined with parchment, and then to the fridge.
Allow to set for 4 hours before devouring! Store in the fridge. Yields 24 balls.
