For some reason breakfast seems to be one of the hardest meals when making the change from the Standard American Diet, aptly called the SAD, and perhaps that’s because we’re a grab and go society. Here’s my go-to breakfast. And, let me say one more thing. Let’s stop thinking about any food as a “breakfast” food. There’s no health reason not to eat leafy greens for breakfast, frankly.
