Is there an age when changing your diet won’t give you enough in return to make the change worthwhile. I don’t think so. There are countless stories of people in their 50s, 60s and 70s making whole food, plant-based changes to their diet and reaping profound rewards in terms of health. I’d say there are powerful benefits at every age.
