Ten years ago, my father, T. Colin Campbell, MD, and I wrote The China Study where we presented the case for why a whole food, plant-based diet is the optimal diet for health. As I began seeing patients, I realized many people needed more than the why. They needed the how. That’s why I wrote The Campbell Plan, to help readers make the transition to a healthier and more sustainable way of eating.
