Cookies & Cream Pronuts

Donut Ingredients:
-75g Oat Flour
-25g Whey
-1/4tsp Baking Powder
-100g Applesauce
-1 Egg

Frosting Ingredients:
-150g Greek Yogurt
-2 Oreos
-Optional Sweetener
-Optional 2 Oreos for Decoration

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC)
2. Mix all donut ingredients together
3. Spray donut pan with cooking spray
4. Fill donut pan with donut batter
5. Bake for about 8 minutes (but not longer than 10!)
6. Combine frosting ingredients and spread onto your donuts after they’ve baked and cooled
7. Sprinkle with a little extra crumbled Oreo cookie and enjoy!
