Do you want legs like Carrie Underwood? Dr. Chelsea demonstrates a leg burst training workout to burn fat fast. Working your legs, which is your largest muscle group, is the number one way to burn more body fat. The exercise demonstrated uses the Tabata method, which is 20 seconds of high intensity with a 10 second break. As Dr. Chelsea shows you the correct technique, you will be out of breath and get a great full-body workout!
