This Sautéed Kale recipe is one of our go to recipes! It’s super easy to make but full of nutrients and flavor! Kale is loaded with vitamin K, vitamin A and vitamin C! Try it and see!

1 bunch, organic kale, chopped
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 onion
4-5 cloves, garlic, chopped
1 tsp. sea salt

1. Chop kale, onion and garlic.
2. Melt coconut oil. Then, sauté vegetables in pan over medium heat.
3. Season with sea salt.
4. Serve and enjoy!
